Sticky Fingers Cleaning Spray Recipe

Sticky Fingers Cleaning Spray Recipe

This is a super easy, non-toxic cleaning spray that’s a hit with kids.  Kids young and old love the smell of sweet orange.  It’s great for all those sticky fingers (and fingerprints) of childhood.  Toss a bottle in your car and you’ll be prepared for many impromptu messes.  This is also a good product to teach kids about cleaning.  Most kids like to spray things and once your little ones are old enough to safely use cleaning products, this is a safe, low chemical product you can feel comfortable with them using.

Sticky Fingers Cleaning Spray (Time: 2 minutes)

  • 16 oz spray bottle

  • Fill spray bottle almost to the top with water
  • Add liquid soap and the essential oil
  • Shake to mix

Use: I use this on my son’s hands, high chair, toys, etc.  It’s also great for all kinds of hard surfaces around your home – floors, counters, walls, in the fridge, bathroom…  My son loves things that squirt so this makes it fun for him to wash his hands.  I’m a little freaked out by all the hand sanitizers out there so this is a good, cost effective alternative that kids tend to enjoy.  Throw a small bottle in your purse or car and you’ll never be without a quick cleanser!
