Huguenot-Robious Farmers Market Review

Huguenot-Robious Farmers Market Review

Huguenot-Robious Farmers Market

Huguenot-Robious is a Thursday market located in front of The Great Big Greenhouse at the intersection of Huguenot and Robious roads.  Weave through the shopping center until you get to the Great Big Greenhouse, market shoppers use the store parking and you’ll see all the tents set up on one side of the lot.  I was pleasantly surprised by this market.  They have approximately 2 dozen vendors that include all the usual stuff – produce, meat, eggs, bread, pastries and local artisans.  What sets this market apart are their specialty items.  They have vendors selling dip mixes, gluten free baked goods, Greek pastries, fresh donuts, beef and pork barbeque, wine, sorbet, frozen casseroles, etc.  Many of the vendors offer free samples which is both fun and delicious (and helps keep the kiddos interested!).  I’d like to see more organic and some dairy options but overall this is a solid market.  Parking is easy, the selection is good and people are super friendly.   If you’re looking for a midweek farmers market, Huguenot-Robious is a good choice.
